Terri SantisiTV Stations
Terri Santisi co-heads TV Stations Operations for ION Media. She leads productivity initiatives across ION’s nationwide TV station portfolio. This includes strategic resource and project management following the recent spectrum auction, requiring the repacking of TV stations in the new UHF broadcast band. Santisi began with ION during the company’s restructuring phase in 2008 and has since held various senior positions, including roles in Strategy and Administration.
Prior to ION, Santisi served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at IMG, where she was responsible for overseeing worldwide operations in Finance, Corporate Development, Legal, Talent Management and Information Technology.
Santisi has been an active participant in the World Economic Forum and has authored white papers on the future of the media industry. Recognized as one of the “Fifty Most Powerful Women in the Entertainment Industry” by The Hollywood Reporter, Santisi was also a recipient of the “Leadership in Action Award” by the Women's Action Alliance, and a member of the steering committee of “She Made It,” a Paley Media Center initiative to recognize outstanding women in media. Santisi graduated magna cum laude from Boston College.
